Moosing You!!

I'm hoping to be able to get back on the blog wagon and be updating my blog more often. The past couple weeks have been crazy busy for me.

I created these cards for a Riley Sketch Swap that I'm hosting. Instead of coloring him in I decided to flock his overalls and keep this as the only color on the image. The brad I created with my new Itop brad maker. Thanks to my girl April for the awesome gift. I'm loving it!!

This card was also created for Sunday Sketch and Stamp. The challenge this week was to choose one of their 25 sketches to create your card. I used #5, Kruemels Bastel's sketch.

Last by not least I created this card for my Critter Sketch Challenge Blog. This week is the 10th week for the blog's postings. So the challenge this week was to create a card featuring 10 elements. My 10 items are:

1 designer paper

Week 3 TGF Royal Battle

Paper Jewels Monday Post

Hello and Happy Monday!! What a fun, bright way to start off the week. This is my design team post for Paper Jewels. Paper Jewels carries these precious Bildmalarna images. They also carry Sweet Pea and CC Design images. Jenny, the owner, is also working on getting a fun assortment of embellishments. My post this week is also participating in my Critter Sketch Challenge Blog's weekly challenge. This week is a color challenge. Lastly the sketch is from Friday Sketchers #97.

Critter VSD Challenge #5

This is my last creation for my Critter group VSD. I unfortunately was not able to get to all of the challenges but the ones I did were great; loved them.

This card was created using a recipe challenge. We had to use 1 image, 2 ribbons, and 3 layers. Jennifer also wanted to see blue somewhere on the card.

I also created this using CPS162. What a great, fun sketch!! Lastly I used Aly's Sunday Challenge for inspiration. The inspiration for this week was to use buttons. I love finding challenges that really "challenge" me.

VSD #3 Challenge #3

This was our 3rd challenge for our Critter Blog Group VSD. This one was hosted by Leslie, Our Scrappy Life.

Our challenge was to create a card using a picture. I loved doing this so much that I'm going to do one tomorrow of my other son. I thought these would be perfect for on my desk at work. I started to use rub ons on the picture and off to the side but I did not like how it was looking. So in turn I used chipboard stickers to express exactly some cute things about My Little Man!!! Sorry Leslie, I know this misses out on one of the elements of the challenge.

It sure was super fun though, thank you!!

VSD Challenge #2

What a great Saturday!! I got to spend the day with my boys AND I got to come home from a fun day out and participate in our Critter Blog Group VSD.

Our 2nd challenge was hosted by Moira, One Smart Bug. Our challenge was to create a scrapbook page using a sketch from Scrap and Stamp. This is one of the best scrapbook page sketches I have used in a long time. LOVE IT!!!!! The second part of the challenge was to use the colors yellow and green. Lastly we had to use a stamped image on the page. I did not have a robot stamp so I hopped over to My Grafico and purchased a set of robot images.

Quiet some time ago I used this same paper and elements to create a scrapbook page for another challenge. This is the two pages together.

Mimo Skate

I had such an amazing Easter weekend with my boys. So for my first Paper Jewels post for the month of April I thought I would post a card that represents them. Fun, adventurous, and so super sweet and loving.

This image is Mimo Skate from Paper Jewels. I must admit, I missed these adorable images last month during my DT off month. I'm excited to craft them again this month.
